This is a very special boy, about 9 days ago I noticed a small swelling in the corner of his eye, the vet has taken a look and we agree it is a conditon called "cherry eye". He has eye drops at the moment and when the swelling has reduced he will be operated on. This condition is extremely rare in cats but very common in dogs, it occurs when a dog pulls hard on its lead which in turn causes the membranes to pop. We are baffled as to how this has happened.
